Founder & Counselling Psychologist
Poornima is a trained counselling psychologist with a Master’s degree in Psychology and a specialization in Clinical Psychology. Her work is client-centered, trauma-informed and emotionally attuned.
Yoga & Breathwork
Gaurav is a certified yoga teacher trained under The Yoga Institute. His sessions focus on gentle yoga, breath regulation, relaxation, posture awareness and accessible wellness practices.
About the Therapist
All psychotherapy sessions at LAYA are facilitated by Poornima Tripathi. She works with young adults, adults, couples and families to support emotional wellbeing, self-awareness and healthier relational patterns.
CBT, DBT, ACT, EFT, mindfulness, psychoanalytic and trauma-informed work.
6+ years across counselling, schools, EAP support and behavioural work.

Gaurav brings a unique blend of corporate experience and yoga training. With over 12 years in the IT industry, he understands the impact of sedentary work, stress, irregular routines and burnout on overall wellbeing.
